Dr. Bethany Leigh Nordman

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Dr. Nordman has treated me like nothing but a number. I needed a basic prescription refilled (NOT a controlled substance) and she refused to do it, sighting that I needed to be seen on an annual basis for refills. I explained to her nurse (because she won't talk to me) that I had been seen less than 12 months ago and that I don't understand what the problem is. Finally, on a Thursday, the nurse told me she'd talk to Dr. Nordman and get back to me the next day (Friday). I did not get a call and no action was taken, so now I had to go even longer without my medication--through the long holiday weekend. Today (Monday) I got a call, acknowledging I was correct about it being less than 12 months since I was last seen by her and my prescription was refilled for 90 days. This is outrageous! This is NOT the first time Dr. Nordman has done this to me. Believe me when I tell you, she could not care less about my suffering at her hands.

Not only was I pleased with my first visit (a physical) with Dr. Nordman, but I was extremely impressed with her follow-up on test results and referrals to other doctors. Dr. Nordman listens well, asks good questions, and is thorough and pleasant. What more could a patient ask for?I am delighted.
