Easy to talk with

Honestly, I felt like the appointment with the nutritionist was a waste of time. I was expecting and expert and felt like she had nothing to add or offer to us outside of what I had already read on my own. We are facing an incredibly life changing diagnosis and need to completely overhaul the way we are eating and I was disappointed when I show up and am asked "What do you need from me." I didn't receive any information before the appointment, and she said I should have and I felt like I have to guide the entire conversation during our appointment.

Bethany is just exceptional, knowledgeable listens well, engaged patient in discussion, personable, engaged with patient. Mine is a difficult case (not life threatening, just difficult to solve). Bethany handled it very well -
