Dr. Betsy Reynolds, MD

Went to her over 30 years ago. was diagnosed with a pulled muscle. She treated it as such for six months told me that there was no need for any other tests. I was younger, dumber, and I believed her. It got worse and worse. I went to the ER in another city because the pain was so bad. An X-Ray showed that I had breast cancer that had metastasized to my chest wall and affected other muscles. She should have lost her license. I almost lost my life.

New to area and went to her for the last 2 years. Every time had to wait and she seemed in a hurry. This past 6 months complained about shortness of breath, no energy, and a persistent cough. Took an XRay and was told she would contact me with the results. After a week I had to call her and was told by her I was fine. When I asked about the cough, she gave me an inhaler. Went back to see her again planning on discussing the cough and other symptoms, she left the office before seeing me after I waited over an hour. Decided to see someone else. He took blood tests and immediately put me into the hospital. Seems I have Colon Cancer. The tumor is to the point, I only have a small area for the fecal matter to pass thru. Do NOT go to her.

Would not prescribe medication I needed then was very rude about it. I found another doctor here in town who had trouble prescribing what I needed. He was very kind and listened to me, where Dr Reyolds could have cared less.

This was about a sorry excuse for a doctor and nurses. If this was the only place to go I'd never go to a doctor!! Wait over a hour and all she done was ask same question as everyone else. And sent is on our way. Nothing but a money pit!!!

Easy to schedule appointments. She always takes walk-ins. Very short wait time.

Rude receptionist and rude Doctor. Condescending laughter at request for testing which later proved to be a positive result for the disease.

Very caring. Takes time needed to hear me out.
