Our family has been with Mid Ohio for over 2 years now. We have always felt welcomed by both staff and Dr Lok. I've received chiropractic care for 20 years and just moved to this area recently. We have been treated with kindness and professionalism across the board. Both of our older children have been diagnosed with scoliosis since being with Dr. Lok. I can't imagine how this early diagnosis will benefit their lives / health in years to come. I had a microdiscectomy in 2013 while living in another state. My care with Dr Lok has been so beneficial in keeping my back healthy so I can enjoy years of fun with my kids and (Lord willing) my grandkids!

My husband and I consider Dr Betty Lok as our main Doctor. Her knowledge and patient care is outstanding. She is willing to listen with a caring heart to you and suggest but does not push extended visits on a person. Thanking God we found her and her wonderful staff!

Dr. Lok and her staff are the best! Caring, helpful and most of all professional and reliable. My husband and I have referred several o our family members and friends!

Sprained my neck during a visit. Required E.R. visit. Was a Friday and called to ask for advice for handling it over the weekend. A call was returned nearly 2 weeks later in which her main if not only concern was consequences to her business.
