I have been Dr. Parkâ??s patient for several years. I wanted to schedule an annual exam and ask Dr. Park about my sweating issue. The scheduling personnel refused to let me see Dr. Park. They told me Dr. Park does not see patients for these issues, and they told me that only her nurse practitioner could see me. Disappointing.

I saw her years ago at Parkland, along with other residents. I am still going to a dermatologist elsewhere for the skin disease Parkland and UT Southwestern refused to treat. Betty Park was the least sympathetic of them all and her treatment was worthless. I have a nasty case of atopic eczema.

Dr. Park is easy to communicate with, professional, to the point WITHOUT leaving things out. She explained what we were going to do, and what my options were with pros and cons of both. I have a couple of issues and she was prepared to deal with both on the spot, at a glance. I'm very confident in her knowledge and judgment. I'm also a CYNIC when I go to a doctor, but I'm a fan here. I have recommended Dr. Park to a half dozen friends.

I waited three weeks to see the doctor and then show up and am told that she is running behind and I must see the PA. That is not what I signed up for. I will not be back.

I've gone to this practice several times and I've never met Dr.Park. The PA on duty was nice but never gave an accurate diagnosis. During my visit, I was told by the PA that this visit would take some time because she had to "go study".Please be aware your chances of meeting the actual doctor are slim to none.
