Dr. Baptist-Wilson is licensed to practice dentistry in Mississippi and Tennessee, and has been in private practice for the past 25 years at the following locations at different intervals:

Dr. Baptist-Wilson is the seventh child born to Mr. & Mrs. John David Baptist. She resides with her husband, Jesse Wilson and her son David.
Dr. Baptist-Wilson received her high school diploma from Horn Lake High School. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from LeMoyne-Owen College, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN.
Dr. Baptist-Wilson is very involved in the community around Southaven, MS. She is a five year Junior Baseball League sponsor, and a …sponsor for Little Miss Delta. She served on the Advisory Committee for Health Center in Marshall County and the Headstart Advisory Committee. Dr. Baptist-Wilson has written a column for The Herald and The South Reporter newspapers. She is a Special Olympics sponsor and a nine year volunteer for humanitarian program to serve disabled, elderly and medically compromised people. Dr. Baptist-Wilson is affiliated with the Mississippi Dental Association, the Mississippi Dental Society, the National Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Baptist Wilson is also a Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures volunteer.
Dr. Baptist-Wilson's personal philosophy is "I believe if God says so, and so it is." Her hobbies are reading and collecting good books, fishing, bowling, traveling, singing, gardening, catalogue and internet shopping
