Dr. Bev J Fingerhood, MD

I saw Dr. Fingerhood for an initial visit to establish a primary care physician. I filled out paperwork for having records transferred and called four days ago to learn more about helping her office get all the information she had asked for. I am yet to hear back. I have called one time each day since. I am glad I don't have an emergency and am glad to know response time ( or lack of ). The person answering phones was quite short when I first called to speak with the Dr. I don't wish to discuss private issues with someone I don't know.... I just wanted to quick minute to speak with the Dr. I enjoyed meeting the Dr. but not used to this kind of experience.

Went to her long ago about stomach swelling. She said I was getting fat because I quit my physical demanding job. Nope. Tried to lose weight. I did. 2 colon recessions and lymphoma cancer of the colon a few years later. We could have nipped it in the bud. Didn't sign off for disabilty. I changed doctors soon after seeing her a couple of times. Lose weight no problem. 230 to 160. It didn't help me out.

It is apparent that the time Dr. Fingerhood spends with you is wasted. Continual blood test to see if RX is doing job, phone calls from her & office requesting that the keep on same meds that you are taking "3 times a day" NEVER was it perscribed for 3 x's day, refusal to refill meds; no communication from office why...unless you finally call and get someone, complaints that were ignored and Dr. Fingerhood would be concerned about something that is .003 % out of the norm but. Good Physician if you like bad diagnostics abilities!!!
