Worst Office and Doctor they never call back they do not care about their patients all they want is the money! Please go elsewhere to a Doctor that actually cares about their patients!

Two times I told Dr Encarnacion my legs hurt and something is wrong. She said, get used to it you're getting old! Told Dr Brucculari, and he did a test which said I have PAD, next to the worst. Have seen a vascular cardiologist recommended by Dr B. Cannot get a pulse in my left ankle. Several tests and angioplasty surgery next week in Tampa. I could tell you more disasters, like her throwing her pen on the desk saying why don't you be the doctor? Got up and slammed the door against the wall. I was flabbergasted because all I said was I'd rather not be on a certain new medicine. She should have asked me why and been professional. Another time she said I know you like all your other doctors better than me. I asked her why she would make such an assumption. She said because I don't get my blood work done for her. I told her if she gave me paperwork to have it done, I'd be happy to. She is very insecure, RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. Other times she can be nice. Got a new… doctor! Her office staff completely changed 3 x in a year. I'll bet she is a moody bear to work for. Half a star if I could.

All I can say is that she is the worst Doctor I ever dealt with.

Do you want to jump through excessive bureaucratic hoops to get your medicines or to visit a specialist? Do you want to show up for an MD appointment or for surgery(like my friend) to find that you don't have the needed referral to get the care you need? Then this is the doctor for you!!! Yes, the staff is friendly and polite. But it is not worth it for me if it blocks my ability to get the healthcare I need. Also, seem completely disorganized with misplaced paperwork and incorrect info sent to cardiologist. Worked in healthcare 14 years and never seen anything like it!!!

She told me my pain may never go away on the first visit. You never tell that to a patient so quick to throw you away. I had the suicide disease, so, she was wrong but I went down hill, until I found a caring doctor.

My issue was resolved in 10 mins regarding my previous Complaint. So glad my paperwork was resubmitted and I have had several follow up calls since my incident from the Office, however I cannot answer my phone at work . I want to thank the staff for finding and faxing my paperwork , for it is important for my Mother's care-giving, and myself . My Employer did notify me that they received my FMLA paperwork May 21st 2019. Thank You Dr Encarnacion and Staff .

Last Friday I had an appointment to take My Paperwork in for FMLA for my Mother who is also a patient. I was very clear how important my paperwork is because I'm my Mother's care giver. Vivian assured me it would be taken care of as soon as the Dr. could get to it. I also stressed my deadline was today . Yesterday I called the office and was hung up on twice, finally Amanda said sorry Vivian is off today and we have no paperwork ? I suggested to leave my employer and make another copy and bring it back in , she said there were no appointment's open and it would take the DR, 48-72 hours to even look at?? Today I called again and asked for Vivian, They asked who was calling , then hung up on me ? I called back and Vivian said I never handed her the paperwork? I assured her I handed it to her , I even commented on some adjustments that I had done. The office staff is very bad at this office, they show no empathy or compassion for the patients or patients caregivers. The Dr. an Nurse… Practitioner are very efficient but they really need to hire more compassionate and dependable Front Line staff. This has caused my FMLA to close and now if my Mother has an Emergency, I will be disciplined for leaving or taking off work. I'm so disappointed of the way I was treated I too will be finding a new DR. based on the office Staff at Dr. Encarnacion .

She is very thoughtful, and listens to all my issues and does everything to make my visits very pleasant. She has a great office staff that are always going out of their way to help me. I would recommend her to any person who needs a great doctor.

All services were performed in a professional manner. Very satisfied with my care.

My husband had a fall the day before we saw Dr. Encarnation and was experiencing extreme fatigue, vomiting and feeling nauseous. He had hit his head in the fall. The event was related to her and her recommendation was metabolic blood work, urine study and make an appt. with a neurologist after the results were determined. 2 days later his symptoms were worse. She said to take him to a ER which we did. Blood work was all normal and CAT scan was negative for fracture or bleeding. A diagnosis with his symptoms suggested a concussion. A day after, I called to let her know that a new order for blood work would be required since the insurance wouldn’t cover duplicate tests. On Friday, a day after the ER visit, I was told no one in the office could access the hospital records because Dr Encarnation and her NP wouldn’t be in until Monday and the receptioness would give them the message on Monday. To me, this lack of office coverage is inadequate, the incorrect course of action that was… recommended by Dr. Encarnation was an error that could have been harmful for the patient. My rating for this visit is one star- poor.
