The most amazing docor and best RN!! She CARES about her patients

Dr Jordan is not good as a physician. She makes you come in just to say the same things everytime. Xray and Lab work constantly with no changes in health. Misdiagnosis so many times and stuck on so many medications for the rest of my life for reasons that could have been prevented had she listened and cared. I just pray that i don't pass due to her negligence as a physician as well as her CNP's. I started seeing Missy years ago and have been seeing Dr. Jordan since Missy left and have been sick since! I will be changing Dr's

Staff and Dr seem unconcerned. Will not go back.

Dr. Jordan always seems to be behind. The only way to get in close to your appointment time is to be the first one of the day. I also have had the wrong prescription sent to my mail order pharmacy twice and I'm stuck with medicine that I can't use because I can't return it.

I've been going to pma for about 3 years now. I started seeing Missy when she was still there. Loved her! She listened and seemed like she actually cared about her patients. After she left, I started seeing Dr. Jordan. I've had blood work done almost every 3 months, and I never get any results. Just more blood work. I was told from one of the nurses that an xray showed I have arthritis in my back and hands. Dr Jordan told me I was fat and needed to lose some weight, which I already knew. I've lost about 30 lbs this year, and she still tells me how fat I am. She refuses to actually listen to what patients say. I explained I was having either an anexity attack, or a pulled muscle. She ordered an ekg and kicked me out of the office. I've never seen a less caring person, before I met her.

Dr. Jordan always takes time to listen and will explain anything when necessary. Her staff have always been courteous, caring and professional in manner.

Since the patient portal everything is very difficult. Trying to get medications, information is very difficult. Dr. Jordan doesn't like to give pain medication. It doesn't seem to matter how bad you need it. It takes from 2 to 7 days to get pain medication for problems that are not New. Its just difficult all around. I hate having to come in for an appointment. Because it takes up to 2 hours to see doctor when she is in the office.

Dr. Jordan very caring and compassionate.

Prescribed medicaion, said my reaction to medication was not normal, referred me to another doctor who seemed at a loss as to what to do other than keep making appointments to come back. Went to another doctor on my sister's recommendation,in a larger city. Diagnosed probem, prescribed medication, follow-up was great and I am now feeling great again.

doesn't take the time to diagnose problems. advised $1000 in tests never followed up with patient.2nd opinion DR. figured out problem within 5 minutes with cost of 1 copay for office visit
