Dr Beverly Ann Pottinger- Pickens

I love Dr. Pottinger-Pickens. She was very knowledgeable, personal, and I felt comfortable with her. Unfortunately my experience with her office is another thing. I was constantly calling up there for results after waiting for weeks, calling for them to put my requested test in the systems which resulting in me missing my window and waiting another 30 days, calling for them to forward my results to my fertility doctor. I waited two months for an appointment. It's just a hassle that I just can't deal with when trying to get pregnant. I wish her office had better management.

I really didn't see the need to ever write a review on a Doctor until now..... Doctor Pickens Is a wonderful doctor. I thank her so much for helping me thru a difficult time. not only is she patient but caring... You cant teach a person how to care its something either you have it or you don't and Doctor Pickens has surely got it.......Thank you sooooo much.

Dr. P is by far the best OBGYN that I have ever had. In her care throughout my pregnancy & delivery. Also, completed my tubal ligation.

I have been going to Dr. Pickens for a long time and I can attest for her being neither rude nor impatient. She has on several occasions sat with me in her office to further discuss any questions I might've had about the process or anything that happened that day. She also remembered me year after year from the first time I went to her till the last time I went to her. I truly appreciated everything she has done and would highly recommend her to anyone. I have not seen another OB/GYN since I have met Dr. Pickens.

I have never wrote a review about a doctor, but feel the need to inform any future patients. This lady has no patience and brushes you off whenever you have a question. Always in a hurry and does not even try to show that she cares. After seeing you for a very short time she will be holding the door nob in a hurry to get rid of you. Very rood. The worse doctor I have ever had.

Dr, Pickens is the world best experience, courteous, easy to talk with and very accurate in diagnosis me when I was 4 months when the last doctor i went to just told me i was fat. Anyone rate less than 4 about my doctor need to get their head check because she is the best. She is very honest and i love my Doctor.

This woman is absolutely horrible. She has NO manners what so ever. She is rude to me (the patient), my family, the staff at the hospitals. NO ONE LIKES HER. I have never met someone as rude as this woman is. She has no patience, whatsoever. I've done my research.. She apparently received all of these "most caring" awards while she was in school. Either that was a lie, or she's totally lost all caring parts of her. I canNOT stand this woman.

I am pregnant with my 4th child and Dr.Pickens has taken care of me with my last 2 children. I travel a long distance just to see her. My husband wants me find a doctor close to our home, but I will travel just to see her because of the care I receive. I find her to be a compassionate, caring, and concerned physician. She goes above and beyond to provide the most excellent care that I have ever received. I have referred members of my family including my own mother to her. I have also referred co-workers and friends as well. They all had wonderful things to say about her. When I delivered my last child in the hospital, the nurses also had great things to say about her. They said you have a great doctor! She is well respected at her office and at the hospital. I wish all women had the opportunity to experience what it is like to have a doctor like her. She is truly an excellent physician.
