I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). After completing training in 2013 at John Brown University, Siloam Springs, Arkansas, I began practicing counseling. In addition to caring for patients through MDLIVE, I have experience practicing in Inpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, School, Hospital, and private practice as a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider (BC-TMH). My strengths are in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation about the polyvagal theory and attachment theory. I will treat mild to moderate cases of anger, anxiety, and depression using a trauma-informed approach as a trained Certified Clinical Trauma Profesional (CCTP). Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and traveling.
