The lady at the front desk who does his WHOLE office and does more than anyone can do is amazing despite those nasty reveiws in the past. She is hard working , dedicated, and reliable. She goes beyond what the patients needs and takes care of ALL the patients needs. These bad reviews are probably those patients who are ignorant and mean and ive seen how they treat this nice young lady in the office and its disgusting. Be respectful and you will get respect!

Dr Banadda has been my PCP for over ten years - He has a very friendly and caring demeanor, but on occasion, it would be necessary to probe him for a direct response. I began seeing him at his (Providence Rd) office, where Yvonne (receptionist / assistant) was ALWAYS professional and accommodating - She greeted all of the patients by name and would assist you in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Unfortunately, this aspect of the customer experience has seemed to deteriorate amongst (some of the staff) at the current location (1501 Lansdowne Ave). I have bought my concerns about the (unfriendly) environment to Dr Banadda's attention, which he was already aware of. I wish him much future success.

the staff for dr banadda is rude and disrespectful. asked for a covid test and was met with attitude from the nurse. “what for” and a big sigh was the response when i asked for the test. this is not the first time this particular nurse has been mean and nasty. it’s the white lady working there.

I have been going to Dr Banadda for a few years now. He looks you in the eye when he speaks with you, not down at the records or on the computer. He is personable, kind, and compassionate. He will work with you to solve your health issues, doesn't talk over you, and is interested in you as a person. It is rare to find a doctor like this today, so I am happy that I have found him, after having gone to a number of doctors who hardly ever seemed to recognize me from one visit to the next.

Excellent, professional and cordial! Office staff shows courtesy and professionalism - easy to reach and give timely schedule. My family and I, have dealt with him for nearly 20 years! We'll NOT substitute him for any other doctor!

Not impress with care or bedside manner. Delivery of care changed over the years??

My husband and I have been going to Dr Banadda for many years, three of our children also see Dr Banadda .He listens to your every concern.

Dr Banadda has a wonderful and comforting bedside manner. Up until 2015 I thought he was perfect doctor, Kinds, soft spoken, and seemed to genuinely care about his patients.

I knew Dr. Banadda from his school days. He has been a very kind man all his life. In fact I lived with his late mother when I was a young boy and I remember he always bought me nice things, despite the fact that I was not a true relative of his. His mother requested my parents that I stay with her because all her children were away either for marriage or studies. I met him again in kampala when he was advancing his medical education at makerere University. Again he took me on and helped me a great deal to persue my studies. I often went to the clinic where he worked whenever I fell sick and gave me first class attention. I am thrilled to find that he rates high in his career but am not surprised that he is very good because he has been the type of person all his life. He must have inherited all the good traits from his warm mother. Very many thank yous and congratulations to a dedicated servant of God.
