Very bad experience!! Making appointment took 12 minuets of rundown and repeating personal information several times. Once I reach the office (10 minutes before the actual time) I was called in after the person who had appointment schedule 15 minutes after mine!! Total wait was more than 25 minutes even though no one was waiting there. Then once I went in and I waited for few minutes for doctor to show up. Once he showed up he spent exactly 2 minutes(I am not kidding-I checked my phone for the time) including prescribing a medicine!! Done! The I paid the big bill! - Corner stone office reception service is not good as well. I do like Dr Bollineni a lot. Because of her I still go there

It is true that Dr. Gupta comes off as having a poor bedside manner and isn't the most naturally outgoing person. However, if you engage him and be clear on your needs, and what you are going through - he is happy to talk at length about you condition, options, and will shoot the breeze about any topic. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and will be thorough in his assessment and explanations. He has called me personally to follow up, and his office is on the cutting edge with on-line patient access to records. His is a busy practice, and I think he is used to the chaotic hospital environment where he spends a good deal of time. I've learned to be prepared - and speak up in my visit, and I usually leave satisfied. If you need someone to blow sunshine around - find a small town doctor outside the city with under 100 patients.

I have been going to Dr. Gupta for over 20 years. Had some close calls with alergic reactions and was driven to his office. Dr. Gupta and the nurses took care of me STAT and I am so greatful to them. Yes...there are times you feel hurried but speaking with other friends their doctor's office are the same. He has always been there for me and my family.My suggestion is if you feel hurried and don't feel you are getting your fair share of his time...speak up.

Dr.Gupta appears to have the knowledge part of practicing medicine but is lacking in connecting with his patients;ie,it seems he does'nt have enough time for you as he gives the impression he can't wait to move on to the next patient to meet some kind of quota -I guess it's called personality.Some ideas to get you started:-Write about overall experiences-Write about what you like or dislike about your physician-Write about whether you would recommend-Write as if you are talking to a peer who is asking your opinion

This doctor is interested in getting in all the appointments he can. He will not give you a bloodwork requisition without seeing you, then won't give results without seeing you. I don't have time for all this nonsense.

I just started seeing this doctor. I was nervous since I had been going elsewhere for the last 15 years. But he and his office made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office visit was fairly brief, but I had his full attention during that time. A good start to a hopefully long medical relationship.

no bedside manner,rude,very cold,he comes into the room with laptop sits down and starts looking at the computer and does not even look up when your telling him whats going on make me wonder what he is really doing on that thing ? very very fast to give you a pill to take really really really bad dr. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hard to understand, cold, rude, no bedside manner. Would never recommend.

Dr. Gupta is the best Dr.I have ever gone to. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years now, and have referred several close friends and family to him. He is genuinely concerned about my well being and his mannerism reflects that everytime I visit him. Any time I have ever been sick he has always followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure everything is okay, and if I have any further questions. ""He's the Greatest" (His office staff is always courteous and most of the time I am seen on the same day that I call for an appt.)Thank you Dr. Gupta

This dr does not even listen when you talk he stares at a computer takes no time to find out the problem hands out a pill to cure things that need surgery. He has ignored me when having a full blown allergic reaction and that causes me to have to go to another dr my allergist . Ridiculas
