Dr. Bharat Jain, MD

in 2013, my ex husband had an appointment with dr, jain, when he arrived they tried to tell him he didn't( i still have the appointment card) but,even if he didn't, you could hear how bad he was wheezing , the staff did nothing and sent him home, at 4 22am he came running down the stairs and looked at me and said"i.m not going to make it" and took two breaths and passed away. had the staff been more considerate of his condition when he arrived for his SCHEDULED appointment, he may still be here. then a few months ago, i had a appt with him myself, against my better judgement. i had an episode in his office, again, the staff tried to brush it off as low sugar, dr jain just stood in the doorway and watched. never bothered to come out and check me. the patients in the waiting room showed more concern. later i had an mri that showed i have a brain tumor. all he does is push his sleep studies, that's where he makes the money. i canceled my sleep studies and now i keep getting a bill for… one of them. i refuse to pay it, he is lucky i didn't sue him. now i have a great staff of drs in ruby memorial . i would rather travel for the compassionate care of a good dr than risk my life with one that has no compassion and the staff is just as unconcerned.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jain since 2016. After he diagnosed me with medium sleep apnea, I saw him every three months, and now I am seeing him only once a year. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and takes time to explain everything, and to listen to all my questions. I think having the CPAP "store" right below his office is a plus. The staff there are super friendly, and yesterday, one of the staff told me where to order a supply not covered by my insurance - online at a very reasonable price. Half of what her office would have charged me. Obviously, they are not trying to gouge me for the money. I wonder if so many negative reviews on this site might have an agenda, for Dr. Jain is dark-skinned and speaks with a slight accent.

Doctor is unwilling to discontinue treatment that is causing moderate to severe side effects and consider optional treatments.

This doctor operates his own sleep lab and is a principle in a medical equipment company. He has a conflict of interest and expects patients to deal with his ancillary companies.

Everyone I spoken to in the waiting room have C-Paps, but other doctors are prescribing them, also. I have "fought" with my C-Pap for over 3 yrs.(still am) I do have emphysema and asthma, so he spends a sensible amount of time with me.I HATE C-PAPS!!!!

Dr Jain tried to push cpap on you even after you tell him you tried it before and can't use it. I'm getting no treatment now because he would not offer any help excpt cpap
