Dr.Shah & his staff are caring people..

I was a pt of Dr Shah's for almost 5 years. He was the 1st doc I ever saw when my pain got unbearable & from the get go he was awesome! He never 1 time acted like he didn't believe me or that it was "all in my head", which a lot of doc would have ESP given my age. It took awhile to finally get to the bottom of my issues & get a correct diagnosis but he didn't give up on me. I would still be a pt of his have it not been for me moving out of state. The only reason I took off a star from my rating is because up @ last I never got to see him I was always placed with the physician assistant Vanessa or the nurse practitioner Georgine. They both are nice but neither really go in depth or will make any changes if needed, they just walk in give you refills & are in & out within a blink of an eye. This is good for getting in & out fast but defeats the purpose of an appt! Dr Shah is a great doc however & when I did get to see him he spent as much time as I needed & always was caring, not to… mention a very funny guy once you get to know him. Overall I would recommend him to anybody in search of a good pain specialist. If you are looking for a pill mill he is not it, he does not prescribe unless you genuinely need it, but if you have legitimate issues he will help you anyway he can.

Dr. Shah is at the top of the list of highly recommended physicians. He's a great diagnostician, extremely smart and has an enjoyable personnality. From work experiences, staff respects him because he weeds out patients that seek for abusive reasons which is so important in health care.
