Dr. Bhargavi Nettem, MD

Totally uninterested in your malady and unable to even try to provide any useful treatment. This was a one-time convenient care visit,. Now has left the Blue Cross/Blue Shield system, which is fine since we'd never visit the MD again.

She does not listen to you. She interrupts you when you try to tell her your problem. I have had pain in my foot and I thought it was either broken or infection. She ordered xrays. An hour later she returned and said no broken bones and she was leaving because she had other patience and to go see a different doctor.

I would have to say Dr Nettem has been my primary physician for almost 2 yrs know. And I'd have to say she's is one of the greatest Drs. Listens to me and helps the best she can. A for Dr Nettem.

I am 65 years old. Of all the doctors I have seen in my lifetime (and I have seen a lot), she is the best doctor I have ever seen. She doesn't rush you. She sits down and takes the time to explain things to you. She is very kind and compassionate toward your health needs. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Nettem treated my 82 year old father who having trouble with blood pressure and breathing. She is very knowledge, personable and explain everything. Dr.Nettem discovered arrhythmia, stayed involved in treatment. Thanks to Dr. Nettem my father is back to his self. We high recommend Dr.Nettem an excellent doctor- for not giving! God bless Dr.Nettem and her staff!

Very thorough, takes time to explain the condition and treatment. Always returns calls and directs us in an adequate manner. Staff is very pleasant.

Waited for an hour to see Dr. Nettem, Receptionist is terrible at giving appointment times. I had a 3pm appointment and people from the 2pm appointment were still waiting. Then go to see the doctor and she wants to rush me out to make up for lost time. Didn't do anything but type in her laptop and then told me to come back in a week and she will check my vitals and blood pressure. That's why I went there in the 1st place to get that done, not come back in a week. And then she charged me the deducatible just like the other person said ! Next time I need a check up for work I will be going to another doctor. This was a night mare.

I have insurance from work. I have a $500 deductible for my health insurance. My family doctor retired so I found Dr. Nettem through a recommendation. I made an appointment to go see her. I went by her and after I spent 20 minutes filling out forms they told me I have to pay my deductible to them. I told her I don't have a co-payment with my insurance. The receptionist told me I have to pay the deductible. I explained to her that my insurance pays part of the bill and apply's part to the deductible because I had my insurance for many years and know how they do it. I also told her I have been to other doctors this year and met part of my deductible. She told me those were deductibles from them doctors, I have to pay the deductible to them. I told her I pay 1 deductible for all medical, not a deductible to each doctor I go to. She argued with me that's not how it works. She told me how much do I want to apply to the deductible on my credit card. I asked her how much is the bill. She… didn't know because she said the billing department takes care of that. Remind you, I DIDN'T EVEN SEE THE DOCTOR YET and they wanted to charge me. I told her put the $500 on the credit card. She said whatever they don't use they will credit my credit card back. I went in to see Dr. Nettem. I have been having a medical condition for 15 years and needed a refill on my medications, and Dr. Nettem told me that what they are treating me for is not what's wrong with me. JUST BY LOOKING AT ME AND CHECKING MY HEART WITH A STETHOSCOPE. She told me to get a blood test and her office can do it. I went back to get the blood test done like a fool. A few days later she called and I asked for the results. She said she can't give them to me over the phone I have to make an appointment. I told her Im not paying more money for an office visit. I had got a notice from my insurance that she charged them $280 for the 1st visit and I have to pay $120 out of my pocket and I'm not paying another $120 to get my results. She refused to give them to me. She called me back and told me to come in and the girl at the desk would give me a copy. I went there, the girl couldn't find them so I got mad and left. I got another notice from the Insurance and a bill from here. SHE CHARGED MY INSURANCE ANOTHER $280 FOR AN OFFICE VISIT ! For me going to the desk asking for my test results to the receptionist she charged my insurance and I had another bill to pay. I went back a week later to get my $500 back from what I paid because the Insurance paid the bill. They screwed me around for an hour and made me wait while they tried to figure out how to credit my money back. After they argued with me that I have to pay my deductible. I got my money back and will never go back. I reported what she did to my insurance company and the better business people. I still never got the tests results, she never filled my prescriptions, and charged my Insurance $580 to draw blood for the blood test, and another $800 for her lab to do the test. DO NOT GO BY THIS DOCTOR. SHE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Had a CT Scan for no Bowel movement for 8 days. They found my large intestine inflamed. Went to see Dr. Nettum, she gave me a laxative and Dolcalax to give me diarrhea and told me to stop eating. Just liquids. 3 days later I ended up in the emergency room. Kept me in the hospital for 3 days. GI doctor gave me antibiotics and did a colonoscopy. Found severe diverticulitis. Dr. Nettum wanted to see me for a follow up. Dumb me went to see her. She said the GI doctor is "wrong". She did blood work and wont give me the results unless I go see her to "discuss" them and waste more money. She called the pharmacy and ordered vitamin "D" for me. What kind of doctor prescribes stuff to give you diarhia when your "blocked" from infection and cant use the bathroom ? Do not go by her.

Very compassionate physician, takes time to explain to the patient about the medical condition and plan of care.Most patients are very much satisfied with her treatment.
