Dr. Bharminder Singh Bedi, MD

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to him!!! He doesn’t really listen, just assumes. His front office at Temple Terrace is unprofessional, disorganized, cluttered files stacked all around, patient information left lying out face up for anyone to see; as I did; really wasn’t happy about that especially in these times! Heard new employee being berated while patients were waiting to be seen. I felt so terrible for the new girl, who should have been spoken to quietly with some compassion and patience, which this office has NONE of!! I will pray for all the other patients they have disappointed, lied to, and threatened! Not happy that I had to give him a star or I would have rated him as a ZERO! Both Dr. Bedi and Mary who hollers at you over the phone (office manager) should be ashamed!! Neither one knows how to apologize when they both KNOW it was THEIR fault!! GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

Neither Dr Bedi or his staff were wearing masks when I was in the office today. There's a sign on the door that patients must wear a mask. I guess they think they can't transmit COVID.

I was his office this afternoon and the receptionist was not wearing a mask. She was also barefoot when she took my chart into him. Gross.

I was at his office today. He said he wanted to see me back in a month, usually it's every two months. I asked why, he said because of the Covid-19 situation he wants people back every month. You would think he would want people in their less than more frequently due to Covid-19. That was a dumb response. He also is having the patient in a different room and talks to them via camera in his office. That makes sense but he has his staff still dealing with patients face to face and then taking their chart into his office. If a patient has Covid-19, there is a chance they will give it to his staff. Then his staff member could give it to him when they go into his office. He cares about himself but not his staff.

He insisted on lowering the dosage of my medication and wanted me to return in a month. I returned after a month and he didn't even ask about the medication change to make sure everything was fine.

Terrible service takes forever to be seen

I like everything about the office staff and my doctor. They are very friendly and welcoming to me everytime I have appointment. Dr. Bedi saw me for the first time and was able to get right to my problems. The medicine he put me on has made me feel like the old me. I am so thankful to him and would refer him to anyone I know who needs help.

Dr Bedi has done wonders for my life, I feel better than I ever imagined!

Dr. Bedi is a caring doctor and has helped my son get better.
