Dr. Bharti Rathore, MD

Four months ago I saw her in second opinion for my breast cancer. She spends a lot of time explaining my treatments and my progress. She is very supportive and compassionate. Her staff are also very helpful. I am so glad I changed to her as my cancer doctor.

I wouldn't send my pet rock to this unprofessional, callous woman. She never has time to answer questions, makes patients feel stupid, and publicly belittles the staff on a regular basis. We are tolerating her for this last treatment and then bye-bye!

Dr. Bharti has kept me going steady for 6 years with my skin cancer. Boston dana farber institute gave me one year to live. Dr. bharti never gave up on me. She spends time, gives full explanations and is so compassionate. The staff is always so helpful. Very happy with my care here!

Dr. Bharti is always in a rush to get out of the room. I wait over an hour to see her and then she's not even with me for 5 minutes. I try to ask questions but she generally doesn't answer them. She tells me to just do what she says. I asked if i can switch doctors and wad good no. I think it's time to switch to a doctor in another office.

She didn't like questions. She ignores them, changes the subject, or says she'll get back to you and never does.

Dr. Bharti plays the power game. She has little regard for her patients and even less regard for her staff. Insurance gets billed for 30 minute consultations, when Dr. Bharti is with you for less than 10 minutes, frequently less than 7 minutes. If you ask a question, she either says she "cannot explain that" or looks at you like a frustrated 8-year-old complete with eye roll. Her staff was lovely and apologetic about a schedule error. Dr. Bharti just blamed them and never helped the situation. She waited in the hallway as though proving her time was more valuable than anyone else's. As soon as she entered room, she was quick to begin with how her staff had messed up and it was not her fault. She repeated the comment no fewer than 3 times during our brief encounter. To follow such kind staff members with a DOCTOR who clearly does not care for people was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Would NEVER recommend.
