Dr. Bhaskar Banerjee

I would never in a million lifetimes put my worst enemy through an appointment with Dr. Bashkar Banjeree. After waiting 6 months to see him, my first appointment was with one of his learning aids (which I completely understand this is a learning by facility but the doctor was no where in site to be doing any teaching) after spending 45 mins explaining my three year stomach problem history to the learning aid they left to recap my information to the doctor(who was never in the room), the last three minutes the doctor walks in and is listening to his aid relay my issues but the aid was relaying the information fully incorrect and I had to sit there and correct everything he was saying to the doctor, after the doctor named off three medications that I should take, he left before I was able to have a discussion on what the exact dosage/mg of the fiber he suggested and the type, after that first appointment I never received any medication, it took me calling for a week straight leaving… messages and then me finally having to go down in person to his office and speak to the MEDICAL DIRECTOR before I was able to finally get my medication and clarification on the dosage for the fiber, after suffering and my symptoms worsening with the prescribed medication over a month I went back for my follow up, when arriving I specifically requested if the doctor could join in on the appointment from the beginning while the aid in asking the information so nothing is incorrect again and I can talk to him face to face, I was placed in a room and the aid came in trying to start the appointment but again I had to request for the doctor to be in the room during, after an hour another aid came in very aggressive stating he was starting the appointment and asking the questions now, again I had to request that the doctor be in the room during because the last time all the information was wrong, the aid proceeded to raise him voice at me saying “I AM THE DOCTOR!” I requested again to speak to the doctor I was referred to Dr. banjeree, he then storms out and then the doctor comes in yelling at me saying “I refuse to see you, I am closing this whole clinic and you will be assigned a new doctor the next time you come!” I think it is beyond unprofessional for him to refuse to do his job , throw a yelling fit about having to come in the room and do his job and for a doctor to not even have enough patience, sympathy, empathy and human decency to hear his patients issues and want to help them. This doctor should not be practicing in any sway shape or form if he is refusing to do his job. Please never make an appointment with this mean horrible person.

Cant reaaly totally rate this Dr as I have never seen him. Was given an appointment 11 months after I made it. Then they moved to 15 months then day before appointment Dr cancels and tells me I can see him in 8 months. I cancelled, 22 months is unacceptable

Knowledgeable, listens to patients and explains medical terms simply. Solved my complex symptoms when none before could.
