Dr. Arora has a wonderful bedside manner, is very smart, direct, and effecient. We love her as the doctor for our daughter.

Dr. Arora is amazing! She is so kind, sweet and caring. Always goes above and beyond to ensure that we feel our needs are met and that my kids get the best possible medical care. My son needed to go to UCLA for tests and she personally helped me get in within a few days. THAT is an amazing doctor! I LOVE HER! I wish she was a GP-our whole family would go to her!!

I thought Dr. Arora was an "okay" pediatrician until a few weeks ago. My 2 year old got a fever of 104.2 so I called her office, getting very worried, and was told she would call me back soon. 15 minutes later it was up to 104.6 so I called back and told then I needed to talk to her ASAP and was once again told she was with a patient and would call as soon as she was out. I finally left my house and drove straight for urgent care. Finally more than 30 minutes later my phone rang and it was the nurse informing me Dr. Arora had left for the day (it was only 2:30)and the take my son to urgent care. Dr. Arora never called to check up on him or anything. I never went back to her office and never will.

My kids have had her as a doctor for many years and she is REALLY AMAZING as well as her staff! HIGHLY recommend!
