He over medicates and then when u complain about side effects he accuses you of being uncooperative. I was in bed for 11 years 18 hours a day thanks to Dr Chahal. I missed my childrens childhood and nearly lost my marriage. Dr Chahal misdiagnosed me and improperly treated me for the wrong disorder. I have suffered a great deal from this. However the statute of limitations protects him from a lawsuit. I just hope no one else has to go thru the misery he put me thru. His bedside manner is awful. He does not care about the patient, only the kickback from the drug company. What a shame .

If you are male and actually have a problem psychologically you should seek help elswhere. If you are female however and have a benzo addiction hes the doctor for you. has reissued scripts for powerful benzos to known addicts several times in one month but if you do what you are suppose to and are male he will make up an excuse to dismiss you from the practice. should seriously be investigated by the DEA

Dr. Chahal really needs to work on how he deals with his patients. I was given a Bipolar depression diagnosis after seeing him once. He gave me no testing and no real anylasis of my symptoms. He interrupts while your talking and he attempts to shovel medicine at you. I tried to tell him about some of the unpleasant side effects of some of the prescribed meds and he told me I was making up excuses not to take them. When I would not allow him to just put me on any medicine he told me that he was not the doctor for me. A mark of good doctor is being able to listen to a patients concerns they have about their body. From my experience Dr. Chahal is not one of those doctors. I just hope that he does not have the opportunity to damage someone who mentally fragile.

Dr. Chahal has become more like a trusted friend after working together in various settings over 40 years. When an accident turned my world upside down, landing me in a wheelchair, depression began to take over. I never thought twice about whom to call.
