DO NOT GO TO HER! SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ORTHO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I had orthodontist work done in my twenties, but I had to end it early since I moved states. I was looking to finish my treatment plan when I moved to Tampa, and found Preserve Dental Care. They were so kind and were able to get me in for my treatment plan almost immediately. Everything was going great until I met Bianca... She was my assigned orthodontist. For the treatment plan, she promised that if I paid the $5,000 by the end of the treatment my teeth would be where I wanted them to be. Then after I started my treatment, when I mentioned that I was unhappy with my smile, she literally told me that sometimes we cant change what God gives us because its the way god wants it. WHAT WHAT WHAAAAAT!!! I am sorry, but if I have paid a total of $8,000 on my teeth YOU CAN CHANGE WHAT GOD GAVE ME! I was in treatment for almost a year, and I was still unhappy with my smile, so I called Preserve to make an appointment with… her to talk to her since I was supposed to be getting them taken off THE FOLLOWING WEEK! They then proceeded to tell me that she no longer worked there and my file is assigned to her specifically so I need to go where she goes. SHE NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME SHE WAS LEAVING EVEN THOUGH I WAS ASSIGNED TO HER!!! Then I asked Preserve to tell me where she went, and the contact information she left them was WRONG- after calling many places, I finally found her at a PEDIATRIC location, and they said they couldn't book me because I am not a child. BUT MY CASE WAS ASSIGNED TO HER AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY INVISALIGN OFF NEXT WEEK!!! I called Preserve crying, explaining the entire situation to them, and they got me in the following week, and got my Invisalign off, but were unable to do any follow-up treatment plans. So I paid thousands of dollars, and still have a messed up smile... She WASTED my time and my money. DO NOT GO TO HER.
