Literally the most upsetting experience ever. I went to see the doctor because of ear fullness and vertigo/nausea. She gave me a useless steroid and told me its just congestion. It didnt take a rocket scientist to know I had a full blown ear infection that a PA at urgent care was able to diagnose. I called multiple times to speak to the doctor but her rude secretary only told me to, "use dramamine" for nausea and would not take my calls. Horrible experience.

Horrible! Billed medicare $285.00 for an ear cleaning. Does not care about the patient. Just the money. Avoid at all costs.

It was easy to make an appointment and the office was nice. But the doctor was not. She made me bleed more and the way she treated was very painful. The price she sent to my insurance company was amazing a lot. I should have visited a different doctor at a major hospital... No wonder why it was easy for me to make an appointment.

In 5 minutes, this doctor recommended a complex surgery without even spending the time to review my CT scan. She didn't even return my CT scan so I could get a second opinion. When I did get a second opinion, I was told I never needed surgery and that having surgery would have made me get worse. This doctor is not trustworthy and is out to collect insurance. Seek a second opinion if she recommends surgery.
