Being with Doctor Do for quite some time now is always an excellent experience, she is always a good listener and always finding ways to help in making me feel better and healthy, Thank you Dr. Do.

Dr. Do has been always an excellent provider, she listens to all of my health concerns and give on the spot solutions.

Dr Do spent as much time as I needed explaining my choices. Though I have to work hard at understanding her.

Dr. Bichlien Do is an unsatisfactory doctor. She doesn't listen or regard patients as people, barely. She seems to be angry in the way she carried herself and if you have something to say about the treatment, if any she offers, it's even worse. She reccomends specialist instead of taking matters seriously or in her own hands. I just received a rude email in mychart from her seemingly out of nowhere, claiming her office tried calling me several times yet there was only 1 call I received, in which I replied to. She is the type of doctor to go to for people that don't need a doctor and never get sick.

She misdiagnosed me which caused me to lose approximately two months of treatment, she over-prescribed me (2400 mg of ibuprofen per day for 2 months) which caused me to get stomach ulcers, and she overlooked key tests that I had to remind her/teach her about (I have no medical background!). She is hard to understand and told me that I "kept interrupting her" when I was panicking about her inability to tell me what was wrong with me. She has no empathy, no professionalism, and no medical skills.
