I can't say enough about Dr Shah. Not only is he an outstanding Doctor, but also, just a beautiful human being. He explains, answers questions, and never makes you feel like he is above you. [...] he is certainly a rarity and a gem

During the time D Shah has been in charged, there have been multiple treatment and consequently outcome related mistakes (more than I can count). Never felt he dedicated us enough time, provided enough information or cared as much as he should. His bedside manner is poor, and more often than not he seems to care more about his own research than about the patients. Our loved one is now dead. As the spouse, I NEVER got a call from D Shah related to the critical state of my spouse or to express his condolences.

I really want to like the guy. Too many disappointments though over the years with repeated gaffes. He’s smart (you’ll hear lots of details...more than you need or want to know) but it comes with a sense of poor bedside manner and lack of following through. I’ve seen his team go the extra mile but he himself really hurt my overall perception of Moffitt.
