dr niaki is a great dr with a great attitude in life that takes his profession to my aching body .he is my savior and keeps my pain level at a level I can function .never had any problems with the office girls and they call me night before appt. to remind me of it ,as I forget things these days .can't say enough about them except thank you .patient wayne

I take my husband, mother, and brother to him. I don't trust anyone other than Dr. Niaki with them. I used to take my father there till he passed away. I give Dr. Niaki a rare of 5 because he deserves it for the work he does. Dr. Niaki is the best doctor.

I have been taking my husband, mom,brother to this office for many years. Your nurse Ann is fabulous with them all. Ann would make there appointments for them so it would make it easier on meso I am not taking one at a time .neither one of them drive.Mo..It has happened more than once that Vernesa would change one or more of there appointments without calling. I would show up at the doctor's office and was told they didn't have an appointment. Ann would fit them in so I didn't have to drive back there. I wish when Vernesa changes any of there appointments call us. Your nurse Ann should be in charge of appointments. Never had an appointment when she did them. I am not happy with Vernesa doing that without calling not wait till I come in and I have the card with the appointments on it that was given and told we didn't have an appointment. I know your nurse Ann is a great nurse and person her personality is a pleasant part of a day. Ann makes you comfortable and calms your nerves… if you are nervous. Ann should be in charge. Love the doctor also. The reason for the 3 was not the doctor it's the changing appointments without calling. The doctor is amazing he takes care of my family.

His staff on the other hand could use some organizational training. I called 5 times over 5 weeks to get a refill on a medication and a date on a procedure. I’m now being told they only have early morning appointments for months. I have difficulty getting there in the morning. I’ve been seeing Dr Niaki for years now and do not trust anyone else with my pain management.

Dr Niaki had told me to reschedule an appointment. When it was time for the appt I was told it was not needed and that no appt was requested by the doctor. After a number of conversations regarding the appt I was told that I was no longer welcome. The doctor refused to discuss his request for rescheduling the appt and the secretary refused to ask the doctor regarding the appt.

God bless Dr. Niaki, I can walk again. Pain almost gone

69 year old woman trusted him to keep me pain free for almos 3 years Now i am back to major pain a gain I pray he comes back soon.

The lady in office named sonia is a very rude person! Very unprofessional and could care less about the patients. They treat you like a drug seeking junkie eventhough no illegal drugs in system. Please if you are considering this place for treatment I strongly asbise against it. None of them have a. clue to what they are doing and just want to inject you constantly to bill your insurance for money
