Disappointed. First of all, I waited over an hour to see Dr. Shenas (without any apology). When I did see him, the visit lasted less than 5 mins. I asked about rashes, including a new elevated patch, on my face as well as to remove concerning moles. He refused to do any biopsy or touch my moles because I was pregnant. I didn't understand, as pregnant women are encouraged to investigate potentially cancerous areas as much as anyone, and there is no scientific or medical reason he should have turned me away. What is even more frustrating was I explained in my paperwork that I filled out over 24 hours in advance that I was pregnant & exactly what I was coming in for. If this was really an issue, they should have never allowed me to come. Instead they took my co-pay but provided no actual service. And now I don't know the next opportunity I will have to return, since they clearly don't know how to treat pregnant women. I hope by then it's not too late and my issues don't become malignant.

Worst place to go for dermatology issues My wife went to this office to get a mole removed and the Indian doctor there -I forgot his name , made an attempt to remove the mole and only cut the very tip of the mole. So all that work for nothing. My wife still has the entire mole and his work is done. TERRIBLE ! Find another dermatologist this guy sucks!

Avoid this doctor

Someone like this should not be a doctor. He diagnosed me wrong not once, but twice. He doesn't care about your skin problems. I asked him if he could give me refills since I randomly have a rash occur on my body, he said no right away. Probably because he is only greedy for more money. DO NOT GO TO HIM. Save yourself the trouble and your money for a more professional and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Seterah is one of those doctors who believes that his time is more valuable then his patients. He cancelled on me three times in one and a half months and regularly runs late. Please save yourself the time and find a doctor who has more respect for his patients time.

Doctor is very good and discovered a spot that needed to be removed that another doctor missed. His manner is highly professional and he has a dry humor. He is thorough. Only negative is the SUPER long wait that is hard to avoid.

This doctor is #1 on Long Island. He is the best and so is his staff. Very effecient, explains everything in detail and puts you at ease. He is a great doctor - should be more like him.

6 on my face. He had to go in to my nostril 2 times. Before he stitched me up I had 3 nostrils. His care can not be measured. Patient and kind. I would recommend him to everyone, including children

Please do not go to this doctor. very irresponsible and rude. He never followed up with the bruises that he created on my face. The worse Doctor EVER!!
