My visit was very good. Dr Khan and his staff were very helpful and professional.

Dr. Khan was very interested in what had to be said. He listened and then would answer any questions. I would highly recommend Dr.Khan. His office staff is exceptionally friendly as well. It is rare you find front and back pleasant and friendly.

My experience with Dr. Khan was very pleasant. He had a wonderful bedside manner that put me at ease immediately. This gave me a sense of confidence in his ability to handle my treatment with the utmost care and concern. His staff was also very friendly and treated me as a priority.

I known him for over decade. He is very professional with great listening skill. I feel very confident in his ability and experience. The staff was great and very thorough. They always provide great service. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The staff goes out of there way yo help and assist. Dr. Khan is very professional and personable to my illness.

I'm seeking legal advice in regard to Dr. Bilal Khan who has been incompetent, negligent, and reckless in my son’s care. I wanted to write this review to warn people to not seek care from this physician because I believe he has been incompetent, negligent, and reckless in my son’s care, and this was confirmed by several other doctors that I have spoken with. My 19 year old son was a patient of Dr. Bilal Khan. He was seeing him for GI symptoms that had been on-going for 3 years and for which he eventually received a cholecystectomy for. He went to Dr. Khan following his cholecystectomy due to continued symptoms, and Dr Khan had seen him in his office at least 2-3 times before deciding to prescribe him Viberzi (eluxadoline) for his presumed IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). We found out later that this medication has one severe contraindication - patients are not allowed to take it if they have had a cholecystectomy due to the increased risk of pancreatitis. I spoke with an… Internal Medicine physician in my family (who spoke with several of her IM colleagues) and they all expressed shock that Dr. Khan (a physician SPECIALIZING in gastroenterology) prescribed this medication to my son who obviously has had a cholecystectomy, as this is a widely known contraindication to the majority of physicians. After starting the medication, 2 days later my son had excruciating abdominal pain and was hospitalized for pancreatitis. The physicians that cared for him in the hospital told us that this was clearly due to the Viberzi (eluxadoline) he was prescribed by Dr. Khan and that this was a known contraindication. The FDA has issued out a warning for this medication for patients with a cholecystectomy. What Dr. Khan did was negligent and dangerous. My 19 year old son could have had severe complications from pancreatitis and this would have been 100% due to Dr. Khan’s incompetence and carelessness. I do not recommend this physician to anyone. I would wholeheartedly advise that you seek another GI physician elsewhere.

I was called on Friday and told I had an appointment scheduled for Tues. When I arrived they said no your apt is tomorrow , but well try to work you in with another Dr. The other Dr. Miller said he was too busy . Reception wasn't to willing to help me. They wasted my time filling out the information on portal and then could not find it and a trip to Dr. they was scheduled with wrong date.

I'm not sure if I should blame the doctor on this, but I had a simple EGD done one week, waited a full week before calling the office for the biopsy results, no return call. Monday, I called again (said I was waiting to schedule a gallbladder removal based on these results); again no call. Tuesday, I called again, was told the results were on the doctor's desk, but he was on vacation for the week. Fine, have someone else call me with the results please. No call. There are other doctors in practice with him in addition to a physicians' assistant. I'm sure they are capable of picking up a phone and reading me a report a pathologist wrote and interpreted.
