My first appointment I waited almost an hour to see the doctor after my appointment time. The second was at least 45 minutes. The third didn’t happen. I had an appointment time, that day I get a voicemail saying they were ‘wondering’ if I could come in earlier. I tried to call back, no one talked to me when connected so I show up at my appointment time. The doctor isn’t there, he has an emergency. I was told I would be seen the next week. I asked if they were sure, yup! Well next week I can’t be seen because the doctor isn’t working. Great! I was taking NSAID’s to handle my discomfort, the doctor doesn’t want me to take them when he gives me injections. So I quit taking them for my appointment last week. And I didn’t start for my appointment this week. And now I find out I don’t get anything. So yes, my pain has increased, my frustration is out the window, and I am finding a different doctor. I never asked for opioids, don’t want them, won’t take them. I’m just in pain. More pain… thanks to this office. The doctor may be great, but good luck seeing him.

At last affined guided me to see Dr. Shanti. HE was through and it didn't take him long to help me. He was detail oriented and compassionate.

Dr. Shanti is doing a very difficult job of pain management and he is darn good at it. With all these regulations and difficulties, he is able to help me function and move.

I am very pleased with Dr. Shanti. I am a veteran and he diagnosed my nerve pain in my front left leg where no one else did. All said sciatic pain. He was right and they were wrong.

Dr. Shanti has been such a help to me for neck pain. He is such a compassionate person, easy to talk to. Listens to you and doesn't rush you out the door. Genuinely cares for his patients. He has a very friendly staff that cares for people. I would recommend Dr. Shanti to anyone who has pain.
