Dr. Bilge Ayse Gregory, MD

If you value your mental health at all I suggest you stay far away from this office and dr Gregory. On 5/31/23 I went in for high def lipo of multi areas. Mistakes were made during numbing and now I live with the medical injury inflicted by dr Gregory. During lipo I was tortured, instead of the dr immediately stopping she forced me to endure over an hour of of what she called “countdowns” where my legs and hands were held down while I was forced to count for a length of time over and over while the dr Gregory continued inserting the #4 cannulas in my knees and inner thighs. I experienced significant sensation when the liposuction was attempted on on my inner thighs and knees. After over an hour of torture and being unable to tolerate the pain the procedure was aborted. My husband during this time was not longer able to continue in the waiting room due to my screams & cries for it to stop being heard over the OR music. I left that day unable to sit or close my legs & I was swollen in… every part of my body due to the excessive amount of tumescent fluid retained. Upon discharge the Bri told my husband I was in pain, the procedure was aborted & the doctor had to do countdowns with me. My husband was concerned, confused & had questions for dr Gregory. My husband was told the doctor wasn’t in a good mood, was preparing to go home & refused to talk to him. Per my records it says I was provided with the doctors cell number for emergency but that’s incorrect as the number provided was for the Bri. My husband did attempt to text Bri’s number that night after I was crying in pain, painkillers didn’t touch the pain. Throughout that night my husband and kids endured hearing me scream through nightmares begging for “it to stop”. The next morning my husband received a response from Bri but she must have been confused because she didn’t even remember who I was as a patient going as far as telling my husband I was scheduled for my 3rd post op the following week. Per discharge packet I was to return for my first post-op appt the next morning following surgery so despite the confusion with Bri my husband, daughter and cousin brought me to dr Gregory’s office 18 hours after surgery. We had asked to see dr Gregory so we could get answers but we were informed she was “too upset to speak to me”. I had my post-op massage and dressing changed with Gina who noted I was visible in so much pain that I couldn’t sit down. After my post-op appointment I ended up consulting for a second opinion for pain management at which time I was referred for a psychiatric assessment. I know has diagnosed PTSD, phantom pain disorder, medical injury, damage to surrounding tissues, palpitations & a number of other issues. I did end up going to my one week post-op appt hoping to get answers. Again dr Gregory refused to see me & Bri pulled me aside and told me the following: “the doctor is quite angry, she isn’t angry with you but she wanted me to tell you what happened during your surgery last week. A few days before your surgery we had another patient who, like you the doctor was unable to get numb. The The doctor had already contacted McKesson regarding this. The lot information on the adrenaline was incorrect which is why you had so much pain and the doctor couldn’t finish your surgery.” I was also informed I received renuvion despite declining that procedure, & not signing any consent for it. I have contacted the office many times by phone asking to speak to dr Gregory, but she has refused. She has never apologized for what she did to me. I’ve asked that I receive a refund for the 4 post-op treatments I paid for and for the aborted surgery but I’ve been denied. Unfortunately I am now left to take the matter before the Arizona medical board, Attorney General’s office and I have to go through trauma of a medical malpractice complaint. Through social media I was able to connect with a least one other patient who was injured by dr Gregory & we are hoping to tell our story

No way. This lady is terrible. She is a total joker. Left me with a bunch of holes in me and didnt finish the job. I asked for a break because you're awake during the procedure. Had to try talking to her that I was unsure how it would go and suprirsed about the drill. She was a walking tantrum. This lady is completely full of herself. Run away from this joker. You'll feel like a failure as a patient because she bailed on me. Had to ask for her to come back and talk after she locked herself in her room. And I said "come on, I have a bunch of holes in me, I just needed a break." I wasnt mean or rude at all. But she said she refused to go through a day where someone would be asking for breaks all day. I asked ONCE, early on. And left with a bunch of holes in me and heavily sedated but no job done. Waste of my time. This lady is a all about herself. No professionalism. The staff, though was awesome. Really nice. They said they thought I would do fine. But as far as Dr. Bilge was concerned,… I was disruptive to HER because I took a break early on; thrown off by a drill in my abdomen. Not professional. Not about patients. About HER.

Took my 89 year-old Mother to the Chandler Emergency Room. Dr. Gregory was excellent! I wish she had a private practice. My Mother and I would sign up in a heartbeat.

Saw her when my wife was in the emergency room for a medical problem. The doc was very professional, patient, and had a really nice personality. I would see her again in a heartbeat if she had a private practice.
