errible customer service. A rude receptionist picks up the phone. She doesn't listen, doesn't answer your questions and just tells you what to do as if you weren't a paying customer. There are much better dental offices in Berkeley

The receptionist/assistant was unwelcoming and unfriendly. It felt as if she was mad about something. I was very uncomfortable and I decided not to go back.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cavalli. He is an expert on dental implants. He is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He took care of my problem in a speedy and satisfactory manner. I went to him because no one knew how to remove a loose screw holding a molar crown. I could not eat because the crown was so loose. I kept biting the opposite cheek and needed someone to take the screw out asap. He examined me the same day I called and took the screw out the next day. He did not have to cut out the crown like a previous dentist recommended. I knew that he would succeed in taking out a stripped screw and it took him but a minute. He cemented the crown and explained everything he was doing. He polished the crown where the screw was so that it would no longer hurt my tongue. He showed me the tiny screw and explained why they are not practical for using screws to anchor implant crowns. I would love to go back to him for all my dental needs.
