Dr. Billie Kay Smith Snell, MD

My family is so fortunate to have had her as our Pediatrician for the past 16 years. She is truely "One of a KInd". She knows her patients as individuals not as a medical chart. She is kind, knowledgeable, and has a real heart for children. She is worth the wait to see her. She is a GREAT DOCTOR.

Unfortunately my three stars for ease of getting an appointment and wait time are frustrating at times, but it is like this because she is truly LOVED by everyone that sees her and she stays booked up so full, you have to call a month in advance to get an appointment, and that is NOT a bad thing!! I have been in and out of the clinic there quickly for doctors that are not booked up, and had very bad experiences, and I would wait a very long time to make sure we see Dr. Snell, my kids LOVE her, and she has never steered us in the wrong direction!!

What an incredible doctor. All of my friends told me she was GREAT, and now I know why. She goes out of her way to make my children, my husband and me feel her love. When she examines my children, she is so caring, you can feel her love for them. Then when she talks "with" about the problem, she truly cares about our understanding of the problem. WOW!

Where was doctor Snell when I was growing up. My son is 15 yrs old and has been seeing Dr. Snell since he was born. I have seen him talk to Dr. Snell when he wouldn't talk to me. He says that when he grows up, he wants to be a doctor just like her, because she has helped him. He says alot of his friends go to see her and feel the same way.

Dr. Snell is the best pediatrician in the world. All of my kids love her. She sings Barney songs, she looks for pound puppies and kitty cats in their ears. She really loves ALL of her patients.
