I complained online about Dr. Santos who instead of telling me I may not need FMLA he took my money and filled out the paperwork only approving me for 1 day off for my chronic condition for the entire year. This man referred me to a surgeon, saw my scares from previous surgeries, and knew I would have more to come but only approved me for 1 day off for the entire year for my chronic condition. It was illogical and made no sense so yes I complained online. Then he refused to provide an explanation for his illogical decision. Instead when I called after complaining on google I was told that they would have to talk to legal before speaking to me like I did something wrong.

Dr. De Los Santos is a great doctor. Very attentive. Has referred me to the specialist I needed to take care of me and he coordinates my care appropriately. He keeps a close eye on my lab work, having me recheck it every 3 months and changes medications appropriately. He is a very kind person and always spends a great deal of time with me to see what is actually going on.

Was rude, insulting. Very poor "bed side" manner. Spent too much time on laptop. Disregarded patient's concerns. He was inconvenienced to see patient. Prefers referrals over the actual practice of medicine.
