Excellent medical professional

I was not very impressed with the staff or the wait time my very first visit. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, which not one staff member explained why. I then was scheduled to have a stone removed. I waited over 2 hours after my scheduled slot to be taken into surgery. Again not one staff member explained why. A couple days after the stone removal I was in severe pain (it felt like I was passing a stone). I called the office and left a message (they do not answer the phone). No call back so I called the next day and I was told that there was a significant amount of pain and bleeding to be expected. If the pain was sever go to the emergency room. I stated I had called the day before but nobody ever called me back and the rude person on the phone said "well I would have just told you the same thing as I'm telling you today". Not impressed.

Over the course of several years, one of my required medications consistently produced kidney stones. At this point, I've had them 8 times. The last 3 times, the stones were too big to pass. Dr. Perry and his staff were never too busy or unwilling to help in any way. From getting me in to see them or scheduling surgeries and such, I never felt as though I was in the hands of anyone less than a true professional. Dr. Perry is a super nice guy. He always does his best to ensure your complete understanding of what is happening and/or what to expect. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone having urological issues.

Was very profeesional and highly recommend. Was able to get me into office visit within a week , where other Doctors advised I would have to wait a month or longer to get in. That was my biggest seller to Dr Perry.

I had two large stones and they only removed one. Now I have to go back and have this all done again.
