Dr. Billy Dale Turley

Acted inconvenienced and bothered by reaching out to him with a question, which I was instructed to do so. Was not respectful or kind. Would not recommend Dr. Turley to anyone.

I can truly say w/ my hand on the bible that I have never received nor heard of receiving a service like this from a healthcare professional in my life. I was stuck w/ a needle 7 times because the ladies couldn't find a vein. When I arrived home after the surgery I noticed that I still had a wisdom tooth in my mouth. Went back the next time Dr. Turley was in office for an extraction X-Ray & an explanation as to what happened because the front desk person who was rude & made me feel as if I was stupid (Haley) kept telling me it was bone & that I'd be fine. After arguing, being yelled at, & spoken to in a condescending way by Dr. Turley he tells me that he forgot a tooth in my mouth & wanted to try again to get the last one. Looking at reviews online I was sure he was a professional, but I was wrong. His explanation was, "I'm not Jesus, are you a doctor?". After admitting to this happening in his past I knew I had to write a review because I'd never want this to happen to anyone else.
