This entire office is so messed up. They lost all my medical records, all my son's medical records. They do not fill out the authorizations for my insurance so that I can get my medicine. They do not fill out the referrals for my cardiologist, for my dermatologist. Their phones are always busy, when you do get a hold of them, they promise to call you back with information and do not. I have been paying out of pocket for months now for a simple prescription. Rather than filling out a prior auth for a medication that is needed she prescribed a medication that I previously had a bad reaction to without telling me, and she sent it to a pharmacy that I do not use.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Dey for 3 years at his Exeter Hospital office. Dr. Dey is by far the most thorough and caring doctor who has ever treated my husbands hemochromatosis. He is always currant and complete on details pertaining to where we are in his treatment and is willing to consider new ideas that include going back to his colleagues at Mass General to discuss our case. It feels good to know he doesn’t forget about my husband the minute we leave his office. He is an amazing Dr. and we appreciate him very much.
