Trust me. She only cares about your money. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Stay away from her.

Weird and certainly not the best experience. The staff was friendly but appeared to be confused and not very knowledgeable, so I hope that was her first day (without any supervision by the way) otherwise I'll be really upset with our current medical education and training level. The entire time she didn't even ask me the purpose of our visit, but she asked if my daughter was still taking the amoxicillin the doctor prescribed more than 2 years ago. And she asked when was our last visit while she's staring at the computer record that should have had every info. I told her I don't remember, and she asked if I am my daughter's father. Seriously??? But none of those questions had anything to do with our visit. As for the doctor, she was quite a character herself. She also asked if I am the father of my daughter. And when I finally got aggravated and proactively decided to explain the reason of my visit then she started to interrupt my story and questioned the dates of my story… and corrected my English "grammar". At the end, her conclusion was my daughter is fine, maybe caught some "mild" stomach virus. I asked how long the symptoms would last "typically" and she looked at me with a blank face and said "it depends". What a waste of time and money!!! P/S: I just got my bill and it was $332 for absolutely nothing! Worst, my wife called and asked why the bill was so high. And they said because we are a NEW patience?!?!? This is so wrong in many levels! First of all, this was our second visit and apparently they didn't even know. Secondly, this sounds like an INSURANCE FRAUD!!!

I have never had a doctor do such a thorough physical on my boys. I was with Texas Children's Pediatrics before coming to Dr Sung, and though I loved my doctor there, it was always about the time and getting patients in and out. Not the case with Dr. Dung. She spends her time with the patient and the parents, asks pertinent questions and actually interacts with the children. The wait time was only due to the paper work I had to fill out.

Dr. Sung only cares about your money...not your child.
