Dr. Bina Jain, MD

I find her to be very professional in her treatment, but also personable. She never hesitates to answer questions, explain her findings and recommended treatment. Dr. Jain has always been very accessible, if you need to speak with her, if she is unable to take your call at that time, she always calls back. Have even called her after hours and on weekends on occasion and have always received a response. She shows genuine concern for you. Have been seeing her for over 10 years and would not chose to change doctors.

I would not tell any one about this Doctor she was very rude, never on time staff does not help you. You can wait in the waiting room for hours and no one lets you know if or when you will see the doctor its like you are a picture on the wall they do not see you or care that you are waiting so long!!!!!!! would never never go to this doctor again you would be better of going to a hospital.......

My 86 year old mother's first visit with Dr. Jain; waited for over one hour; lobby was full of patients; she was drilled for 10 minutes on why my mother came "all the way from Hudson" to see her; then she proceeded to unbutton her blouse and yanked my mother's breast out of her bra for the exam while my father sat beside her. My mother was horribly humiliated and embarrassed and tried to put herself back together but could not. Dr. Jain finally asked her if she needed help with her bra. Then Dr Jain jerked my mother's leg up into her lap which was excruciatingly painful. Her leg is numb and she cannot move it to even walk on it. I asked her if she cried out and told the doctor that it hurt, but my mother is 'old school' and would not think of complaining. When parents left, there were no others in the lobby, so they took everyone else ahead of my mother for this new patient. If they were not planning to see her until the end, they could have had them come at 5:00 instead of 4:00.… My mother will not be back!
