Dr. Bing S. Tsay

Dr. Bing Tsay is very knowledgeable, respectful, caring and kind. He's thorough, uses clear, simple language when explaining treatment options. My appointments with were not rushed and he takes time to listen without interruptions. He handled my left total knee replacement surgery in 2012 successfully. He is currently treating me for pain in right knee by administering 5 injections to try an alleviate the pain. I would refer him to an acquaintance.

Dr. Tsay took the time to explain what was wrong with my knee, what I could expect and how it was going to affect my future. He made sure I understood what was needed to repair my knee in terms I could understand. Everything he told me to expect has happened and the surgery went great.

I have had three rounds of treatments on my knees during the past eight years. I am beginning to think I may never need to have either of them replaced. Dr. Tsay has done wonders for me.

Dr. Tsay informed me of both best case and worst case scenario when he explained to me that I would need surgery to repair my rotator cuff. I trusted his opinion completely. I ended up having a best case scenario and was back to using my shoulder in no time.

Dr. Tsay is a very kind man. Very caring. I had arthroscopic surgery a year ago and unfortunately, he told me (after) that it went well and I should be in great shape. I wasn't. I ended up having a therapist tell me I should have been off crutches within a couple days (at that time, I had been on them for about 4 weeks). I went back to Dr. Tsay only to be told that no. There was so much arthritis in my knee that I needed a replacement. It was interesting that after my surgery, everything was great and the scope pictures showed all was great - and then when I started having more problems, all of a sudden, the very same pictures were evidence of further problems and I needed a replacement. A very kind man, but one that I found not to level at the start. Didn't give good advice on exercises to do following surgery. Did not get me in therapy as I should have been. Very disappointing.
