Dr. Bingjing Zhou Roberts, MD

They are scammer. Be warned, don't put any deposit as requested for any reason, they denied to refund my deposit after my insurance company granted the payment to them. I already filed a complaint and reported to the insurance company, they are doing an insurance scam.

My criteria for reviewing a doctor are as follows: 1)Correct diagnosis; 2)Correct treatment including surgery; 3) Others are not important to me. It was Dr. Robert Bingjing who performed the ptotic (eyelid drops) surgeries for my wife with satisfactory results. It was Dr. Robert Bingjing who satisfactorily performed my cataract surgeries. It was Dr. Robert Bingjing who first discovered my epiretinal membranes for both my eyes. It was her discovery that made me look for and refer to some vitreoretinal specialists in New York. I visited four vitreoretinal specialists. They all surprised at my excellent cataract surgeries, and ask me who performed the wonderful surgeries. I told them that it was Dr. Robert Bingjing who performed the satisfactory cataract surgeries for me. I had an appointment scheduled but waited an hour and 30 minutes until the doctor saw me for less than 5 minutes. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they don't honor it? On top of that the doctor didn't disclose the type of meds nor provide direction for the meds. The nail in the coffin is prescribing meds that are $250. Are you kidding me? I do not trust this doctor and I'm scheduling an appointment to see a different doctor.

Regret to see this doctor. The clinic is like a factory. Non doctors are cheking on patients. The doctor rush in and out and spend little time with patient.

Dr. Roberts is arrogant. She doesn't spend time to explain the issue and the problem to you. The wait time is insane. Do not recommend.

The wait time is ridiculous, I went last week and I was the only patient in the office and I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. On top of that I been going to her for over a year now and never once checked my vision on her own but only uses her assistants. My vision has gotten worse since I first stepped into her office and now she recently gave me glasses for nearsightedness when initially she gave me reading glasses. I don't feel like human being but a test subject and now my vision has to suffer because I trusted her.
