Excellent caring doctor. Did a great job with serveral treatments to get my heart in snus rhythm. I have been in rhythm for serveral month and monitor my rthythm at home with a Kardia EKG monitor and a blood pressure unit.

I have been seeing Dr. Philips for 3+ years for tachycardia. Although he spends most of his days in the cath lab, he understood I wished to manage the SVT medically. He has worked with me, adjusted meds, and been enormously kind and interested as I faced the challenge of other medical problems outside his specialty. He never rushes, and is truly patient centered. He is a fine physician and a very kind human being.

Dr. Philips is a very sweet and smart physician. He teaches while he inquires how you are doing. He has a low keyed, kind, down to earth manner that is reassuring. He has managed my SVT well, via medication, and not pushed ablation, as other electrophysiologists might. Having interfaced with many 'celebrity' cardiologist at MGH and BWH, and the factory-like atmosphere at large hospitals, I am glad to be treated like a human being, at last.
