TERRIBLE!!!!!! Office staff horrid. Can not get thru to them and when you leave multiple voice mails, nobody calls back. Waited on hold over 2 hours trying to get an answer. Nobody answers, leave voice mail nobody calls back. I canceled an outpatient surgery I had scheduled a week in advance. The outpatient facility continues to call me to confirm the appointment. I have spoke with the center telling them multiple times I have cancelled my appointment. Dr. Saud’s office is not taking care of cancelling it though. The Parkway Venter has even tried to help me get thru to them and send emails regarding the cancellation. And can not get a response either. Dr. Saud’s after hours answering service had confirmed they see notes they I did cancel. However, the office staff is not taking care of the cancellation on their end. Stay far away from this place unless you like to be majorly inconvenienced.

I received a call two days before my appointment asking me when was the last time I have seen the doctor because they have not gotten the blood work. The man on the phone laughed on the phone and told me I waited till last minute after I told him he waited till last minute since they did not get the results. How would they not know when I saw the doctor the last time ? There needs to be more training with staff Horrible Horrible service.

Been a long term patient of Dr. Saud. I am a fairly complicated case. He and his staff have been by my side for over 5 years. Has always been supportive and given good information. He has gone out of his way to help me and give me best advice. He has gone above and beyond what most Doctors do today. I see a lot of Doctors. I always feel he is generous with his time. I highly recommend him and referred multiple family and friends to him.

Have been a patient for several years. He listens and he explains in everyday language. He has really gone out of his way to provide excellent care.

This guy Saud and his staff should close up shop. . They are ignorant and poorly trained. They are also dangerous for patients. I wouldn't refer a lizard to them. Shameful.

I had an EGD done at Hospital to see why I have constant cramps, nausea & diahrea after eating. He gave me the results, but never explained what I needed to do to solve the problem. I don't feel there was any patient communication

Was referred to this Dr. at the hospital. He is amazing. So concerned, not rushing you out the door. Would recommend him to friends or strangers. Great bedside manner. Explains everything well and answers all questions.

I went in for something rather embarrassing, but Dr. Saud really made me feel comfortable and safe while under his care. He asked very appropriate questions, I felt very listened to, and he explained EVERYTHING so I left with no confusion. I absolutely would recommend this doctor!
