When we say we hate our doctor, we really mean it. Imagine care so inadequate to demand 3 ten day + visits to the hospital within the same calendar year. Incompetent? Uncaring? Overwhelmed? His frenzied demeanor treating a serious leg wound after our 2 hour wait. He is frazzled. Could he do a better job elsewhere under less toxic management circumstances? Who knows. As for me, I ask for any one but Him when I come to the practice. Shenandoah is awful with a high speed revolving door of doctors. My relative nearly died under his "care." If you are a senior citizen with multiple health conditions, stay clear of Dr. Shretha and Shenandoah Medical. They do not return calls concerning results and that is basic customer service. I do not feel well cared for and that goes across the board for Shenandoah Medical staff in general. Please keep shopping for another doctor and practice.

Warm friendly caring. He was reallybusy but took the time to sit with me and explain so all was clear. Would go back certainly.

Rude. Unprofessional. Jerk. Poor follow through. And most importantly he treats patients in his care like dirt. Keep looking. This doctor is a moron.
