Dr. Birur G Chandra, MD

Dr Chandra was very professional. No complaints from me. However I recommend avoiding this practice at all costs because their billing practices are atrocious. They are run by a foreign call center. They are very difficult to contact. They refused to send me a written statement. When I paid the copay by check they refused to accept it. They demanded payment electronically or they would turn me over to collection. I refuse to pay any bills electronically. As I said, avoid the Docs organization which treats people as garbage once they leave the office.

I have been seeing Dr. Chandra for 2 years. He helps me with my asthma problems. He takes the time to listen and he always explains everything to me. He is an old fashioned doctor. He is wonderful.

Extremely dedicated and caring Dr. who has given second opinion diagnosis that are right on the button.he is current and able to import his expertise in a highly understandable and compassionate manner. This Dr. has made my life more liveable by virtue of correct evaluations and treatments.
