Dr. Biswarup Manojkumar Ghosh, MD

As a patient, I spent 5x more time in the waiting room than with the actual doctor. Twice, Dr. Ghosh told me he thought I was more just disappointed in where I was at in life than actually depressed. Once, I spent 45 minutes in the waiting room before finally checking with the receptionist who then informed me that she forgot to tell Dr. Ghosh that I was here. The worst thing that happened was that after recently missing my appointment with Dr. Ghosh(admittedly, my second missed appointment), Dr. Ghosh and UBMD sent me a letter stating that they were terminating me as a patient. When I called to reschedule and get my prescription filled, one of the receptionists scheduled an appointment and transferred me to a voicemail(yes, voicemail) machine to refill my prescription. I then received a call from Sally the next day informing me that I was terminated as a patient, could not resume treatment and would not be able to refill my medication. I now am in the tough position of having to find… a new doctor in the area that can take me as soon as possible so I don't spend too much time off my medication.
