Dr. Bithika M Thompson, MD

I have been to three specialist for my diabetes. By far Dr. Thompson is the best Doctor I have seen. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She is also very easy to communicate with. She responds to questions over the portal in a very personal and timely manner.

I started seeing Dr Thompson after a frustrating year with another endocrinologist. Her down to earth, honest, and directness greatly appeal to me. She doesn’t sugarcoat which is refreshing & helpful. She provides prompt & clear directions when unexpected situations occur. I feel in excellent hands. Can not recommend her enough!

This doctor misdiagnosed me and treated me poorly when the mistake came to light. She was not accountable and tried to deflect blame to another colleague. I would never trust someone who does not own their mistakes and try to correct it without blaming others.

Is very condescending when you ask questions. Had to request an appointment for a follow up because she never contacted me after tests. Will be finding a new doctor.
