Blaine Stephens is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist (LPC, NCC, MFT) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. He is passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples realize their full potential and live more fulfilled lives. Blaine specializes in marital therapy, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Blaine completed his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Texas A&M University-Commerce. He is a Veteran of the USMC with ample experience in identifying issues and treating a range of conditions, coupled with experience ranging from private practice to psychiatric hospitalizations, enabling him to provide the guidance and support his clients are seeking. Blaine utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), The Gottman method, internal family systems (IFS), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT).
