I Do Not Recommend:::::: Let me start by saying I’ve been dealing with doctor Walton for almost 10yrs. It is unfortunate that he has the rudest nurse I’ve ever had to deal with in 47yrs of my life. I’m a cystic fibrosis patient with a double lung transplant so I’ve seen lots of nurses. Dr. Walton has made many orthopedic repairs to my body but I will never use his medical team or recommend them again due to how unprofessional his nurse Julie is towards his patients. She doesn’t return calls, decides if I need to come in or not even when I really need to, has a major attitude towards patients, very demeaning to patients and out right RUDE. I asked her why she treats me badly and her response was “ I’m just very straight forward”. This is unacceptable especially in the medical field where people are needing compassion.

I will never forget what this doctor did for my son. When all the orthopedic doctors in Lafayette would not see him because of Medicaid, he accepted him and did a fantastic job on his clavicle surgery. Thank you Dr. Walton you are a good man.

Dr. Walton was the most professional, caring, kind, diligent and compassionate Surgeon that I experienced as my step mom faced several surgeries after her auto injury in Dec 2018. Being 3 hours away, his staff went ABOVE and BEYOND in assisting us in scheduling appts, getting us in and out in a timely manner, showing genuine care and concern about her well being and more. I just can't say enough positive things about this team. Wish there were more health care providers that subscribed to this excellent level of care!

Great surgeon but his PA speaks down to patients and nurses.

After surgery I never seen him again. After 2weeks they would not provide any pain medicine and told me to go to a walk in clinic.

One of the most personable and compassionate doctors I have ever met. He speaks in "English" rather than what I call Doctor language, and you can tell he genuinely cares and loves what he does! I look forward to my visits!
