Dr. Blair Richard Beltzer

He is a wonderful doctor. He really listened to me and my concerns. I am very happy I found him.

Dr. Beltzer helped and saw my son when we were desperate for help and treatment with his addiction; at a time when no one else would see him. All the other doctors were booked up for months and extremely expensive. Dr beltzer's office squeezed him in, even though he was not an existing patient and Dr. Beltzer was extremely affordable making it capable for me to take him and pay. I was and am extremely grateful for that. His office staff seemed a little unprofessional but as far as Dr. Beltzer he was very professional and always called it like it was. He seemed to truly care about the heroin and opioid addiction his patients were dealing with. I went in every appointment with my son and I can say NEVER did he push drugs or over medicate. He would always try an emphasize to not use at all but he would give him medication to help work towards getting off heroin when the patient was only willing to go that route. Unfortunately he is still struggling with his addiction but like I… said I am grateful for the help he got while we were going to Dr. Beltzer. I can't talk for other people's experience but that was mine experience as a parent of an addict going to Dr. Beltzer.

He is an exceptionalmdoctor and human being. very good bedside manner and patience

I visited dr. Beltzer, back in time 2009. Nice place a few blocks from where I live, in Wayne. He seemed straight forward , and honest. Compassionate if you legitimately need a prescription at the correct dose. I would say he helped me out a great deal. He is certified to prescribe suboxone. I would have visited today rather than leaving this review , but they are closed

Dr. B. is a great, one of a kind doctor. He gives people what they need. Very caring and remembers the small details every time you go back to him. Like everyone else I was shocked to find out that the dr. lost his DEA license, but it's not Dr. Beltzer's fault. Something should have been done to take better care of his patients. As we know some times you have to wait months to see a good doctor. For the people who went to refill prescriptions only to find out that they were no good, I feel your pain!! Shame on law enforcement and the DEA, not Dr. Beltzer!!!

Takes leave of absence with no covering doc indefinitely

An in and out officeâ??loaded w/many, mostly addicts just in for the monthly fix, what ever you may needâ?¦not necessarily quick to dispense your needs if you've a true pain issue, otherwise be patient, not a patientâ??he will be quick to get you in...but have a true mental/anxiety issue/situation... he didn't hear a word you've saidâ?? truth be told; he picks up on some of your problem and then repeats it to other patients (no patient/doc confidentiality) so if your just in for a fix, you'll probably be better off going to Paterson (as he often laughs as he suggest the activity) an inside tip perhapsâ??Going here (Vernon)or to his other, Wayne office is certainly a choice you should be making on your own, so gamble as you will, it's a roll of the dice, or a trip to H_llâ??Let me know your experience. should be quite a time, one way or the otherâ?¦Pls post yours ASAPâ??Best wishes to allâ??

Dr beltzer was a good doctor I have never had any trouble with doctor beltzer

Dr Belltzer having left his practice,gave my client the name of a covering Dr. For her to go to for pain management.When this Drs.office was contacted ,they stated they were not covering and refused to see any of Dr. belters patients.Shame on you Dr.Beltzer for leaving a patient who depended on you stranded.No excuse for not supplying a covering MD.There were also many mistakes with prescriptions and my client was told to"deal with it"This man should never practice again!!!!
