routine pregnancy appoinment for my wife. This guy barely said a word- rude and seemingly careless. Abysmal bedside manner, cold demeanor.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Can’t even find words as I sit in the car after my appointment to describe how disappointing and unheard I felt. Don’t waste your time. Didn’t review my chart, didn’t engage me as a patient and asked my husband more questions about my health and body than me. He told me my reoccurring pain was a “minor and common issue” and told me my further options as a 27 year told woman were 1) to remove my ovaries or 2) get pregnant (after his nurse explicitly asked me if I was planning on it in the next year, and explained i was not). Absolutely ridiculous, and I am booking an appointment with another provider as we speak.

The worst GYN Dr. I have ever encountered. Terrible tableside manner. I would rate him on the level of an intern

The most incompetent and horrible doctor I have ever seen. He rushed me out of the room and was a poor listener. As a high risk OB patient, I would not trust him with the health and safety of my babies.

Very unprofessional never would send anyone to see him!!!

I was a New Patient to this practice. I scheduled my appointment two months ago for the Mirena removal with Dr. Bergen. I was extremely disappointed. The staff was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The girl came in and told me that Dr. Bergen is the chief and doesn’t do “Mirena removals”. And was saying how mad he would be. It made me so uneasy. They were the ones who scheduled my appointment as an ANNUAL. It was their mistake and they were blaming me for it. So she leaves the room and I can hear Dr. Bergen and her going back and forth... extremely loud and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing to me for their mistake, they made a point to have me hear them talking! He finally comes in after a half hour later... no hi.. no how are you... the man has never met me before. He just makes this face at me and proceeds to take it out. He takes it out and quickly told me when the best time to try to get pregnant is... gets a phone call and… answers it in the room and leaves. No goodbye... nothing... so completely rude! I would never go back there if my life depended on it!!

First and last visit. I have heard great things about Dr. Bergen but the experience didn't match up. Very blunt and He had no empathy at all. He told me I should get a hysterectomy for my endometriosis pain even though I do not have children. It not what he said it's how he said it. I never write reviews on physician but After leaving he's office I felt disrespected as a single young woman.

I LOVE DR B NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. HE DELIVERED ALL FOUR OF MY CHILDREN.

Really bad experience with Dr. Bergen at Atlanticare Pomona, I was visiting from out of the area. Bedside manner was awful. It was an emergency situation (with twins!) and he showed no empathy, just made me feel horrible and scared me. Was rough with an internal exam too. Was judgmental and his recommendation for care was not a good one either. I did not want to give birth there and left to go to my OB, even though that was over an hour away.

I think he is very rude. I stopped seeing him a while ago because I just can't tolerate his mouth. He is a very good Dr... he knows his stuff but his mouth is outrageous. He clearly needs some time off away from medicine to check himself. Anybody who tolerates being spoken to like he speaks to everyone around him is a fool. Like I said he is an exceptional Dr. but nobody deserves to be belittled...find another exceptional Dr. that knows how to talk to his patients...trust me they are out there.
